How should the sponsorship check be made out to and where should it be sent?

• Please make the check payable to TRHM LLC and send it to: 3241 Bow Creek Blvd, Virginia Beach VA 23452.

What are the logo specifications for the car?

• File Format: High-resolution vector format (SVG or EPS) is preferred. A PNG version is also recommended.

• Size and Scale: The final size depends on the placement on the car. However, a scalable vector file offers flexibility.

• Orientation: Horizontal logos are ideal for larger surfaces, while vertical or square versions might be more suitable for specific placements. If you have various orientations, kindly provide all.

• Color Scheme: CMYK color mode is preferred, especially for printing purposes. If the logo has a specific Pantone color, include that information.

Where should the logo be emailed?

• Please send the logo directly to tiffanycar87@gmail.com.

How long do the social media ad posts last?

• Social media posts will run for the duration of the racing season, approximately 6 months. 

What content is suitable for the social media posts?

• If your marketing department has images, videos, or other promotional content, you can send them over.

• Videos should ideally be 60 seconds or less.

• Also, specify any tags, hashtags, or links to be included.

Can we get a mockup of how our logo will appear on the car?

• Yes, once we receive your logo, we will create a mockup of its placement on the car for review and approval.
